How we handle your data and what governs our work together.
Agent Micho is a sole-proprietor AI automation consultancy operated by Gautam Kannan. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or engage our services, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver the agreed work:
We do not operate cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on this website. We do not collect data through forms. Contact is by email only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Automation workflows built for clients may use third-party platforms such as N8N, Zapier, or Python-based scripts connecting to services you already use (Google Products, Microsoft Outlook and Office Products, CRM tools, accounting software, and similar business applications). Data flows through these tools only as necessary to deliver the agreed workflow. We do not retain client business data beyond what is required for the project. All credentials and API keys provided by clients are used solely for the stated purpose and not stored beyond project completion.
We retain project-related correspondence and documentation for a period of two years after project completion for warranty and support purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing legal@agentmicho.ai.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at legal@agentmicho.ai and we will respond within 14 business days.

These terms govern the relationship between Agent Micho (operated by Gautam Kannan) and any client engaging automation services. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms.
Each engagement is governed by a written project brief agreed upon before work begins. The brief defines the deliverables, timeline, cost, and acceptance criteria. Work outside the agreed brief is subject to a separate scope and cost estimate before it begins.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom workflow code, scripts, and automation configurations built specifically for your project are assigned to you. You own the work. Agent Micho retains no licence to use your proprietary workflows, data, or business information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed project.
Generic components, reusable modules, and underlying methodologies developed independently of your project remain the intellectual property of Agent Micho.
Any business data, credentials, or system access provided to enable project delivery will be used solely for that purpose. All credentials are handled securely and returned or destroyed upon project completion. Agent Micho does not retain access to client systems after a project closes unless an ongoing support arrangement is in place.
Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objection is received within 7 business days of delivery. Objections must reference the specific acceptance criteria in the project brief. Agent Micho will address valid defects within the agreed warranty period at no additional cost.
Agent Micho warrants that delivered workflows will function as specified in the project brief for 30 days post-delivery. This warranty covers defects in the build. It does not cover changes to third-party APIs or platforms outside our control, changes to your business systems that affect workflow logic, or use cases outside the agreed scope.
Agent Micho's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue or data loss.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives project completion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at agentmicho.ai/legal.html. Continued engagement after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
