Helping business owners escape repetitive work.
I started Agent Micho to help business owners escape repetitive work. I noticed a problem: small business owners waste hours every week on tasks computers should handle. Hiring developers is expensive. Learning automation tools takes forever.
So I built a bridge. I translate your needs into working systems using tools like N8N, Zapier, Python, and modern databases.
Automation should not require a developer. The tools exist. The missing piece is usually someone who knows how to connect them to your specific problem. Most of what I build takes hours to set up and saves hours every week. That ratio is the whole point.
I don't sell software packages. I build custom solutions for your specific needs. Every business is different. Cookie-cutter solutions don't work.
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation to understand exactly what you're doing manually and where the time is going. From there, I produce a clear project plan with milestones, timelines, cost estimates, and dependencies before any build begins. You know what you're getting, what it will cost, and when it will be ready, before I start. If anything changes during the project, you hear about it immediately with options, not surprises.
My background is equal parts technical and operational: a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on AI and Robotics, a master's in Computer Science (Software Engineering and Distributed Systems), and 20 years delivering regulated technology programs at JP Morgan, Citi, and Morgan Stanley. I direct each project and bring in specialist contractors where the build requires specific technical depth.
