How We Work
We do not sell software packages. We build custom solutions for specific problems. Every engagement starts with a clear understanding of exactly what you are doing manually and where the time is going.
From there, we produce a project plan with milestones, timelines, cost estimates, and dependencies before any build begins. You know what you are getting, what it will cost, and when it will be ready, before we start. If anything changes, you hear about it immediately with options, not surprises.
Agent Micho is led by Gautam Kannan: a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on AI and Robotics, a master's in Computer Science (Software Engineering and Distributed Systems), and 20 years delivering regulated technology programs at JPMorgan, Citi, and Morgan Stanley. We direct each project and bring in specialist contractors where the build requires specific technical depth.

Meet the Founder
Gautam Kannan
Founder, Agent Micho
Gautam spent 20 years as a program and project manager at JPMorgan, Citi, and Morgan Stanley, running regulated technology programs at a VP level. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on AI and Robotics and a master's in Computer Science covering Software Engineering and Distributed Systems.
He started Agent Micho after spending years building automation systems for his own companies: a fragrance and spirits publication, a video production company, and a personal collection of over 1,150 bottles tracked in a custom database. The workflows he builds for clients are the same ones he runs himself.
He is also a represented commercial actor with CESD Talent Agency and serves as Secretary of the Infrastructure Fund Trustees at the Amateur Comedy Club in New York.
